Returns + Exchanges Policy

Not in love with your purchase? No temper tantrums here! TEMPER Boutique offers the chance to exchange items or exchange for store credit, within 10 days receiving your order. Unfortunately, after 10 days have gone by after your delivery date, we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit. As a small business, we are not offering full refunds on items at this time.

Exchanges and store credit will NOT be given for items that are damaged or worn.

We want you and your TEMPER pieces to feel unique, therefore we carry a limited quantity of each item and are unable to guarantee that an item will still be in stock when an exchange is received. In this case, store credit will be issued.


  1. Once your return has been delivered back to TEMPER Boutique, you will receive an email to notify you that we have received your returned order.
  2. An email will be sent to notify you of the approval or rejection of your returned order. If you are approved for an exchange, then you will receive an email giving you a store credit code.

Before shipping out any order, all items will be fully inspected to ensure the best quality. Unfortunately, mistakes happen. If you believe you received an item with a manufacturer error, please contact us at:


If you decided to make an exchange or receive store credit, TEMPER Boutique will not be responsible for the cost of shipping an item back to the store.
