SHIPPING + TRACKING
All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days via USPS, unless otherwise noted. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number once your item has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to update.
After we hand off your goodies to the post office, it is out of our control as to how fast it gets to you (even when priority mail is chosen) and the post office is now responsible for it. If you have questions as to the location of your package or why it hasn't arrived, please contact USPS. Please note that we ship all packages from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
The customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for the additional shipping cost to get it to you. If you feel you have entered the wrong address please contact us immediately at email@example.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location or you can upgrade to priority shipping to include insurance.
